OVER 9.5 MILLION PEOPLE DIE GLOBALLY FROM VIRUSES AND AIR POLLUTION ANNUALLY (PRE-COVID 19) – (reported by the WHO in March 2020)
In this current environment while we, the worldwide population, are struggling, the world’s air is becoming less polluted and cleaner. Water is running clearer with stories of wildlife returning to their previous natural habitats.
This is all because we, the Human Race, are not currently producing anywhere near as much pollution due to the “lock-down”. Much less traffic on the roads, a massive reduction in industrial manufacturing, no air travel, etc.
Now is the time to reflect on this and make sure that we do not allow the world to revert to what was previously normal. We need to ensure that we consider our actions on our environment and our world.
We do not know what the new “normal” will be, but we need to look back and consider the impact we the Human Race are having on our world. We need to change some of our habits and keep our air clean.
